A really easy and very quick recipe, to create a fruit-based dessert, excellent to finish lunch, but also as a delicious snack or snack: candy grapes.
The candy grapes are quick and deliciously sweet, to prepare in a short time. To make them, just wash the grapes, skewer them on wooden skewers and sprinkle them with boiling caramel. Once ready you can serve them for a delicious snack, as a dessert, but also for an aperitif, paired with cold cuts and cheeses. Here’s how to prepare them in a few simple steps.

ToggleWash the grapes, shell them and stick them on toothpicks. To prepare the caramel, pour the caramel bars into the pot and melt them, stirring with a wooden spoon over medium heat. As soon as the caramel is completely melted, turn off the heat and dip the skewers in it.
Then pass the grapes in the chopped hazelnuts, and continue until you finish all the grapes available. Place the mini skewers on a serving plate and serve immediately.
In our recipe we have skewered the grapes individually, but you can also use longer appetizers and stick more grapes, perhaps alternating white grapes with black grapes.
If you serve the candy grapes as a dessert, you can accompany them with vanilla ice cream or your favorite flavor.
In our recipe, we used caramel bars, so as to speed up the preparation. Those who prefer can make caramel with water and sugar: just be careful not to let the caramel harden too much, which will have to coat the fruit.
