It’s rare, but everyone once in a while you come across fan art that satisfies more than the official game art. Patrick Brown delivers plenty of it in his gallery. The internet is ablaze today with rumors that the new Resident Evil 5 DLC is already on the disc, and that all you’re downloading is an unlock code. Turns out that, despite some larger news outlets fanning the flames, this may not be the case after all.

If you’ve managed to get past the less than stellar AI, then there’s a chance that you might have found yourself intrigued by Resident Evil 5’s Sheva. Art-Noir has captured her beauty and intensity in this portrait. The artist was able to really make it look recognizably like Sheva and bring out her features in a way that feels real. If I didn’t know better would have thought she posed in person for the drawing.

We’re a little late this week, but luckily not pregnant with a baby podcast. Mike, Eric and Jenni fight off a zombie infestation while determining the best strategies against aliens and avoid random battles. (Actually they just talk about Resident Evil 5, Halo Wars and Persona 4 a.) For an added bonus, listen to the cast stumble awkwardly over issues of racism in Resident Evil 5.

It’s Valentine’s Day and who the hell cares?! If you didn’t have plans this Valentine’s Day, it’s probably pretty old hearing about so many storybook romances… To be quite honest, love stinks! Even in video games! Here are the most…

With the recent announcement that Resident Evil 5 will no longer include the typewriter save points I was a little surprised to realize that I cared. Seriously, it’s a save point. What possible impact could that have on the game…
