Japan has long been the motherland of weird and wacky stuff, including video games. Not sure what to make out of the new trailer for upcoming western release of”Record of Agarest War”, other than it might be the most honest trailer ever released.

With 20 years of Street Fighter, the game that defined the fighting game genre, there’s got to be thousands of peices of Street Fighter merchandise, memorabilia, figures, comics, posters, and collectibles out there in the wild… here is a small sampling of some of the best, worst, and everything in between.

The first thing that comes to mind when reviewing a music game for me usually happens to be…Is Radiohead in it? Once that question is answered I take a look at the rest of the track listing and see if it is really worth a purchase, because as fun as a music game’s mechanics can be, I see no reason to pick it up unless there is a significant number of tracks that I enjoy on their own. However, every once in awhile I come upon a music game that does something so completely different that I have to pick it up on principle alone.

When looking at the recent news coming out of Japan from Square-Enix, it is quite easy to become lost and not know which announcements are pertinent to US gamers. Spanning from a partnership with a US based studio, to Dragon Quest 10 being developed for the Nintendo Wii, recent press releases have been the talk of the Internet and have major implications for US gamers.
