The new Marantz Weave (currently only available in the UK) isn’t the first product we’ve seen for streaming data over powerlines, but it is a stylish solution for our UK readers who may be looking for a way to stream music throughout the house. You just plug the head unit (transmitter) into an outlet, and then plug in up to six receptor units in other rooms and start streaming your music. We have yet to see a product like this on this side of the pond, but this type of technology has limitless possibilities. Who knows, one day your electric company could also be your ISP.
