So this is probably fake, but seller vinderville is selling what he claims to be a PS3 Dev Kit taken from his job. It probably goes without saying, but don’t bid on this. It’s probably a fake. If not, then as soon as you connect that thing to an internet connection, Sony’s going to see the mac address of the dev kit, and associate it with your IP address…. long story short, you won’t get away with it even if it’s legit. After the recent televised battle friendly debate between Adam Sessler and Jack Thompson on G4’s Attack of the Show I felt it would be a good time to weigh in on the issue of video game violence. Many other tech and gaming sites have put in their two cents on this issue, but my goal here is to try and cover a few different angles to the issue.
